The Spatial Spillover Effect of Logistics and Manufacturing Co-Agglomeration on Regional Economic Resilience: Evidence from China’s Provincial Panel Data

The logistics and manufacturing industries’ co-agglomeration (LMCA) deep integration, as well the digital transformation intelligent upgrading, are of great significance to enhance regional economic resilience (EcoResi). This paper establishes a theoretical framework for LMCA EcoResi based on development theory new geography theory, explores spatial spillover effect EcoResi, measures levels EcoResi. data set is consisted indicators GDP growth rate 30 provinces, centrally administered municipalities, autonomous regions in China from 2006 2020. Spatial econometric models were used empirically analyze impact provincial panel data. results show that improvement not only improves local economy, but it also has significant effect. Further analyses stimulating effects central western China. However, same eastern region research enriches literature by suggesting effective ways through LMCA.
